PURPOSE:To avoid local heat generation near a cut part of a yoke core filled with a steel plate by a method wherein a plurality of short steel plates are inserted into an end part of the yoke core and the end part of the yoke core is tightened by a stud so as to smash the cut part of the yoke core. CONSTITUTION:A roughly triangular guide spacer 16 made of insulation material is provided in a cut part 9 at an end part of a position where a piercing hole 15 is to be provided. A plurality of steel plates 17 are inserted into an end part of a yoke core 5 with a suitable interval. After the steel plates are inserted, tightening iron plates 18 are fitted to both sides and a stud 20 is inserted through a hole 19 provided at the end part of the yoke core 5 and tightened with nuts 21. The thickness of the end part of the yoke core 5 is increased by the additional thickness corresponding to the width of the cut part 9 by the insertion of the steel plates 17. The additional thickness is compressed by the tightening of the end part of the yoke core 5 and the cut part 9 is smashed out by the compression leaving the piercing hole 15 only. Therefore, nearly the whole surface of a disc core 4 can touch the yoke core 5. |
