PURPOSE:To prevent shock, distortion, etc. between rollers, and to make adherence of a titled device to a fixing roller uniform by providing a mold releasing agent holding elastic body layer impregnated with a mold releasing agent, and a fluororesin porous tube, on the outside of a core bar whose section is circular. CONSTITUTION:An applying device is formed in a shape of a roller, and in order to improve its adhesion in the longitudinal direction to a fixing roller, a mold releasing agent holding elastic body layer 12 whose thickness is >=1mm is provided on the outside of a hollow or full core bar 11 whose section is circular, and the outermost layer of its outside is covered with a porous tube of a fluororesin, fir instance, an ethylene tetrafluoride resin. In this regard, the mold releasing agent holding elastic body layer 12 is impregnated with a mold releasing agent in advance. |
