PURPOSE:To facilitate a lens exchange and overall tilt-photographing by loading a front plate or a rear frame through an adjusting means so that it can mover vertically and can tilt back and forth with a horizontal axis for intersecting with an optical axis as a center. CONSTITUTION:A front plate feed-out plate 23 and a rear plate feed-out plate 42 are disposed in parallel with a camera supporting body 30, and the front plate 1 and the rear frame 45 in the state where both of them are incorporated can be in the front most feed-out state and back most feed-out state, respectively. A lock knob 15 as a front plate adjusting means is loosened, and the front plate 1 is vertically moved along the guide oblong hole 13a of a front plate fitting member 13, or tilted back and forth around the axis 10, thereby executing a tilting operation such as rise and fall or tilt. A lock knob 27 is loosened, a fitting seat 9 is turned on a front plate swing seat 25 together with a front plate shift seat 26, or slid in right and left directions on the front plate shift seat 26, thereby executing the tilt operation for swinging or shifting the front plate 1. The rear frame 45 is executed in the same manner.
