PURPOSE:To simplify the processing of assignment of a time slot by providing a means for converting input/output multi-dimension information into a prescribed period of exchange processing regardless of multi-dimension numbers. CONSTITUTION:A serial/parallel converter 1 converts inputted consecutive 64 bits into parallel 64 bits, the output is multiplexed by a 16-multiplexing device 2 to control a time slot location of the output multiplexed by a 16-adic counter 16. A time - space - time switch 13 consists of time division time switches 3, 5, a time division spatial switch 4, a common controller 8 and a management table 9. A time slot location of the separated output is controlled by a hexadecimal counter 17 in a separator 15, and the output of the separator 15 is subjected to serial conversion by a parallel/serial converter 5. |
