PURPOSE:To prevent a clogging of ring, improve a yield of product and reduce the number of assembly facility and manufacturing steps by a method wherein a filter and the ring are arranged at the cut part of the extremity end of the nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A cut portion 8 is present at the extremity end of a nozzle 1, a ring 2 having a small hole 10 of which size is different in accordance with the required heating amount as well as the filter 9 formed by baked material are overlapped, the filter 9 of baked material may prevent a clogging of the hole 10 by filtering dust or the like through aeration hole which is smaller than a diameter of the hole 10 in the ring 2. The baked material and multi- layered structure cause the filter 9 itself to be hardly clogged and the shape of the assembly is stable and the filter 9 and the ring 2 are superposed and fitted, thereby a superior workability can be assured.
