SPRAYING METHOD OF TWO FLUIDS

PURPOSE:To decrease the amt. of the liquid to be coated as a whole by spraying continuously a gas and intermittently a liquid or intermittently the gas and liquid in the case in which a thin coated film is desired to be obtd. or in which the adequate coated film is desired to be obtd. at a low line speed. CONSTITUTION:The pressurized gas is ejected continuously from a spray gun 2 and spray nozzle 1 to a single or plural materials O to be coated during traveling in a line; at the same time, the pulse signal by the preliminarily incorporated program from a controller 23 and a pulse signal transmitter, etc. such as computer which are separate equipment is applied to a solenoid in the spray gun 2 or a stop valve 3 for the liquid to inject intermittently the liquid from the gun 2 and the nozzle 1 according to the above-mentioned pulse signal. The amt. of the liquid or both the liquid and gas to be sprayed is thereby decreased as a whole and the operation for coating the thin coated film or the adequate coated film is satisfactorily executed. The consumption of the air and/or the liquid is economized as well.
