PURPOSE:To improve the quality of products as well as working efficiency without necessitating trained skill of workmen by a method wherein a work is put on a working table and the up-and-down motion as well as the pivotal motion of the table are repeated to follow the contents of memory and weld a position to be welded by fusion correctly by a fusion welding means. CONSTITUTION:A supersonic fusion welding machine 5, as the welding means, and a driving unit 6 therefor are arranged in the device while first stepping motor 7, as first driving source to move the working table 4 up-and-down, and second stepping motor 8, as second driving source to pivot the working table 4, are attached to the casing of the driving unit 2. Thus, the first driving source 7, moving the working table for the work up-and-down, the second driving source 8, pivoting the working table, the welding means 5 to weld the position of the work which is to be welded, a memory means 30, memorizing the pivotal amounts of the first and second driving sources so as to position the welding means and the welded position X, and the control means 32 of the first and second driving sources which controls them based on the memory means, are provided in this device, therefore, the welded positions X1-Xn are memorized in the memorizing means 30 at the position X of a jig work and the work repeats the up-and-down and pivotal motions following the contents of the memory whereby the fusion welding may be effected by the fusion welding means. |
