<p>PURPOSE:To ensure safety by forming a sufficient distance and a space between a high-voltage contact part and a metallic body when a high voltage is impressed in use, and removing residual charge by operating a short-circuiting mechanism immediately after a lid body, etc. is opened. CONSTITUTION:A wind generating part consisting of a counter electrode 5 and an accelerating electrode 6 and an electrostatic dust collecting part are provided in a main case 1 provided with an air suction port 2 and an air discharge port 3, and a high-voltage contact part 8 and a metallic body 15 which is to be grounded are supported freely rotatively with axles. The dead point position of the metallic body 15 when rotated is formed by an energizing spring body 20, and a freely rotatable lid body 10 is provided to the side surface of the main case 1. The metallic body 15 is displaced in association with the opening and closing action of the lid body through the dead point position, and brought into contact with the high-voltage contact part 8. Namely, the residual charge can be removed instantaneously with minimum displacement of the lid body. Consequently, safety is ensured, and the industrial value of the product as a commodity is enhanced.</p> |
