PURPOSE:To set and correct the time of a clock device by receiving a clock information transmission request signal form a composite terminal equipment to transmit incorporated clock information from a digital private exchange to a clock device of the composite terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:In case that a composite terminal CTE incorporates a watch WATCH and the time of this watch WATCH is set or corrected, a digital privative exchange DEPBX is allowed to incorporate a high-precision clock device TIM, and timer information is distributed to the terminal CTE through a network NW. That is, a display and operation part OP is operated to transmit the clock information transmission request signal from a circuit CTL to the exchange DEPBX through a transmission terminal part DT. Then, the exchange DEPBX uses, for example, a channel B2 between the exchange DEPBX and the terminal CTE to transmit clock information of the device TIM in response to this request signal, and information is received by the terminal part DT in the side of the terminal CTE, and a data signal is separated by a terminal part LT and is inputted to a data interface part INT, and this signal corrects the time of the watch WATCH by the control circuit CTL. |
