PURPOSE:To obtain the jet head for which its liquid chamber is miniaturized and high integration is aimed, by a method wherein the elastic base material of ink pressured liquid chamber is plated with chemically soluble metal to form two layers structure, is connected to a head by lamination and thereafter, the metal plating of non-laminated part is chemically removed by dissolution. CONSTITUTION:An orifice narrow groove 6, an ink passage groove 7, an ink liquid chamber 8 and an ink feeding passage groove 9 are provided onto the one side of substrate 12. Then, for an example, the one side of SUS 304 sheet elastic material of 20mum in thickness 10 is plated with copper by 30mum, is arranged on the substrate 12 and further is united together with an upper plate 13. Then, the copper plated layer 11 of non-laminated part is chemically removed by dissolution and said part is let to return to original SUS 304 sheet elastic material of 20mum in thickness 10. Thereafter, a vibration unit 14 and a vibration propagation rod 15 are attached to the laminated material. The miniaturization of liquid chamber, the high integration and the drive at a low voltage of head are made possible by this manufacturing method. |
