PURPOSE:To provide the titled preparation by compounding lecithin to elastase. CONSTITUTION:A stabilized elastase preparation resistant to the lowering of the activity can be produced by mixing 1pt.wt. of elastase with 0.1-10pts.wt., preferably 0.5-3pts.wt. of a lecithin (e.g. soybean lecithin, yolk lecithin, etc.) and 0.5-15pts.wt., preferably 1-5pts.wt. of cyclodextrin. It can be used in the form of powder, tablet, capsule, emulsion for injection, etc., and is administered orally or parenterally at a dose some as that of the conventional elastese preparation. The preparation is stable to heat and moisture (water) and resistant to the lowering of the activity, and has excellent storage stability, etc.
