PURPOSE:To enable the expression of a human antibody H-chain gene in a myeloma cell, by integrating the human antibody H-chain gene in a myeloma cell. CONSTITUTION:A human antibody H-chain gene is inserted into an animal cell expression vector, and the obtained plasmid is transformed to E.coli, etc. The resultant transformation is subjected to the protoplast-fusion with a myeloma cell to achieve the integration of the human antibody H-chain gene in the myeloma cell. The human antibody gene is expressed in said myeloma cell, and the objective antibody can be produced economically. |
