The fishing line reel with an external spool and rotary casing (2) has a guide hook (7) fitted to the edge of the casing to wind the line onto the spool when the casing is rotated. The hook is attached to the casing with no articulated joints or springs. The line is released by turning the reel in the opposite direction to winding on, so that the line is behind the hook on the casing. |
