发明名称 METHOD FOR DETECTING HOLE DRILLING POSITION ON MULTI-LAYER PRINTING WIRING BOARD
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable detection of a hole drilling position precisely by performing spot facing from both sides of a surface and a back face of a position estimated as a hole mark position of a wiring board and detecting the hole mark position by optical penetrating image of the hole mark. CONSTITUTION:Spot facing is made on a position estimated to be a hole mark 1 position showing a drilling position of a reference hole from both surface and back faces of a multi-layer printing wiring board 7. To estimate the hole mark position, the wiring board 7 is placed on an XY table and moved to the spot facing position and after contact signal of a metal foil 5 and the end mill 12a is output from a continuity sensor, depth A is controlled by falling displacement of the end mill or lapse of time to form a spot facing hole 12c. Next, a lower side end mill 12b is risen on the same position to form the spot facing hole 12c of depth B. And an optical penetrating image of the hole mark 1b is taken by an ITV camera and a center point 26 is obtained to detect the drilling position of the reference hole precisely.
