PURPOSE:To produce a formed product with complicatedly shaped thin wall part without any distortion at all by a method wherein after extruding molten resin into a cavity, a movable core part is pushed in a cavity to form a thin wall part. CONSTITUTION:In order to mold a resin product, a fixed side metallic mold 3 and a movable side metallic mold 4 are assembled together to reverse a movable core part 4a toward outside of a cavity for increasing the thickness of thin wall part of cavity. Molten resin is extruded into a cavity of metallic mold 1 separably assembled from an extruding part 2 to be pressurized. The movable core part 4a is pushed in the cavity filled with the resin before it is not yet completely solidified. Finally when the resin in cavity is cooled down to be solidified, the resin may be mold-released to produce a resin formed product 5 with a thin wall part 5a. |
