PURPOSE:To improve the mirror polishing accuracy by branching properly a fiber knitted radially to a metallic mesh forming a mirror face at the midway to a peripheral part. CONSTITUTION:The 2nd fiber 4 is knitted into he metallic mesh 1 radially from the center and branched into two on the midway reaching the peripheral. The fibers are branched in a way that the 1st fibers 3 at the peripheral side are branched into two toward a point dividing the fiber 3 equally into three and the peripheral is made radial with the 2nd fibers 4 or the distance between the 2nd fiber 4 and a rib 2 reaching a prescribed value. In this case, in tying said point divided equally into three with the end (existing on the rib 2) of the 1st fiber 3 at the inner side, the distribution of tension is more smoothed. Thus, the circumferential interval of tightening tools 5 at the peripheral is made uniform without increasing the number of the tightening tools 5 at the inner side. Thus, the required accuracy of mirror face is ensured. |
