摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten the time to make the temperature difference 0 between each flowing passage, by a method wherein the flow rate of each flowing passage is controlled, flowing ratio setting values of flowing passages being made by multiplying new ratio values for each flowing passages to the total flowing rate setting values of each flowing passage. CONSTITUTION:A mean value of informations of outlet temperatures from each flowing passage is calculated by a mean value calculating part 71, and difference values with outlet temperature of each flowing passage are calculated at each subtraction part 72a, 72b, 72c, and these data are multiplied with constant K from a constant generating part 74 at multiplying parts 73a, 73b, 73c, thus increments of the flowing rate at the new sample cycle generating part 76 are given. At integrating parts 75a, 75b, 75c, integrations are performed for each sample cycle by a sample cycle generating part 76, and these increments are added to the flow ratios of the last time and the flow ratios of this time are calculated. At multiplying parts 77a, 77b, 77c, flow ratio setting values for each flowing passages are calculated, this time flow ratios being multiplied with the total flow rate setting value. Accordingly, when the total initial value of the ratio setting value of each flowing passage is made 1, the total of the ratio setting values of each flowing passage is always 1, even while controlling, and the flow rate control making the temperature difference between each flowing passage 0 can be realized.
