LAMINATING AND COATING ADHESIVE, ITS MANUFACTURE AND USE

A laminating and coating adhesive based on an aqueous dispersion of (1) a copolymer of a vinyl ester, and/or an acrylic acid ester, and/or a further monomer and an ethylenicallyunsaturated functional group-containing monomer having from 3 to 18 carbon atoms and hydroxy and carbonyl groups as functional groups, such as a monocarboxylic acid or dicarboxylic acid and/or N-methylol-(meth)-acrylamide, (2) an epoxy compound, and (3) an amine hardener. The adhesive gives a laminate bond with especially high resistance to peeling even in the case of thermal stress and/or in the pressures of water.
