<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the intrusion of chips into a feeding apparatus by shielding the feeding apparatus from a working region by a sealing member and discharging the chips generated in the working region from the working region by a chip recovering apparatus. CONSTITUTION:An X-axis taking-up cover 20, Y-axis taking-up cover 22, and a wiper 23 form a horizontal sealing member which shields the inside of a basic body 1 in the vertical direction. A feeding apparatus 7 including guide surfaces 8, 11, and 13 is favorably sealed from a working region formed between the sealing members and a worktable 8. In the working region, a hole 25 is opened at the position over the worktable 8, and said hole 25 communicates to a vacuum absorbing means. An air pipe 27 having a plurality of nozzles 26 installed is arranged on the bottom part of the basic body 1, and the powdered chips dropped onto the bottom part of the basic body 1 are blown-off by feeding the pressurized air from a pressurized-air generating source.</p> |
