PURPOSE:To eliminate a useless electricity by a method wherein an integrated watt of an electric KOTATSU (foot warmer) being used is displayed in digital form. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply switch 8 is turned ON, a voltage of V0 is applied across a power supply 7, that is, across a temperature control device 3, charged in a capacitor 11. When a voltage Vc of the capacitor 11 is reached to a break-over voltage of a trigger diode 10, an electricity is discharged to a gate 13 of a thyristor 9 through the trigger diode 10. The thyristor 9 is conducted with this discharged signal, a main circuit 15 is formed and a load voltage VL is produced at a load 1. A time of generation of the load voltage is varied in response to a value of combined impedance between a temperature sensor 2 and a variable resistor 12, the less the combined impedance, the faster variation, and a continuity angle alpha is large and correspondingly a consumption power is increased. Therefore, either this load voltage or continuity angle is detected by a continuity angle sensor device 4 between the load terminals, the consumption power at that time can be detected and an integrating circuit is obtained. The power is integrated with an integrating watt conversion device 5 and the consumption power up to that time is sensed. |
