<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the stripping and swelling of a film forming agent by applying a dyeable photosetting resin to a substrate as a film forming agent, setting well the agent, applying a similar film forming agent, setting the agent to such a degree that it is not well cross-linked, and dyeing the agent. CONSTITUTION:A dyeable photosetting resin is applied to a transparent substrate 1 as a film forming agent 2, and the whole surface of the agent 2 is exposed to ultraviolet rays until the agent 2 is well cross-linked and set. A similar film forming agent 3 is applied to the agent 2 and exposed to ultraviolet rays to such a degree that the agent 3 is not well cross-linked. A positive type photoresist 4 is applied to the agent 3, exposed through a prescribed mask 5, and developed. Parts of the agent 3 not covered with the photoresist 4 are dyed red R, and the agent 3 is partially dyed green G and blue B in the same way in succession. The remaining photoresists are removed, and a color filter 6 is obtd.</p> |
