PURPOSE:To prevent wedges from being removed from a core at the time of starting of a stator motor, by forming rugged sections on slot paper and wedges. CONSTITUTION:The surface of slot paper 1 made of polyester film is processed so that the surface of the paper 1 may be rugged. In the same way, wedges 3 are also processed so that the outside may be rugged. The slot paper 1 is laid inside a slot 5, and the paper 1 is wound up with a coil 6 and is covered with the wedges 3 so that the coil 6 may be covered with the wedges 3, and the both ends of the wedges are arranged to fall on the both ends of the slot 5. In this manner, the slot paper 1 is interlocked with the wedges 3 by the rugged sections, and the wedges in the laminated direction get harder to be moved. |
