PURPOSE:The titled fine particles useful as a compounding agent for cosmetic, a compounding agent for coating compounds, etc., containing an ultraviolet light absorber in the interior of particles, obtained by curing an epoxy compound emulsion having a dissolved ultraviolet light absorber with an amine curing agent. CONSTITUTION:(A) An epoxy compound such as bisphenol A type both terminal glycidyl ether compound containing >=2 epoxy groups in the molecule is blended with (B) 0.1-50wt% based on the component A of an ultraviolet light absorber such as p-aminobenzoic acid, etc. The blend is mixed with (C) 4-30wt% based on the component A of an emulsifying agent having >=10 HLB value, ad mixed with water into emulsion, which is further blended with (D) 0.3-4 equivalents based on epoxy value of the component A of an amine curing agent such as piperazine, etc., which provides >=50 Shore A hardness 8hr after blending at normal temperature, allowed to stand or stirred slowly, cured, filtered, and centrifuged, to give the aimed fine particles. |
