<p>The vitamin B4 deriv. of formula (I) is made by (a) treating 2-amino 6-chloro purine with a protective agent for the amino gps. (hexamethyl disilazane) at 50-125 deg. C in an inert atmos.; (b) alkylating the prod. with a chloride of formula (II) in which Y is 1-4C alkyl, in presence of a tert. amine at 40-110 deg. C in anhydrous toluene or benzene; (c) reacting the prod. with liq. ammonium in an autoclave at 80-130 deg. C to substitute the Cl by NH2; (d) treating with a satd. alcoholic ammonia or prim. amine soln., and (e) treating the prod. with a hot aq. alcoholic soln.</p> |
