The invention relates to a screw-in throttle-valve kit with at least one screw-in valve body for a threaded hole of specified dimensions and screw-in depth which, with a throttling seat, leads axially to a first flow passage and into which a second flow passage opens at the side, with a throttling cone which interacts with the throttling seat, and with an axial hole in the throttling cone, which hole can be separated from a lateral passage in the screw-in valve body by way of a nonreturn valve comprising a spherical closing element and a valve seat arranged on that side of the closing element which faces the axial hole. Known screw-in valve bodies can only be used for one valve function. It is not possible to reverse this valve function. According to the invention, reversal of the valve function is possible by virtue of the fact that a screw-in valve body, in which the nonreturn valve is a plate-type nonreturn valve with a shut-off direction opposite to that of the ball-type nonreturn valve of the other screw-in valve body, is provided, this screw-in valve body being interchangeable with the screw-in valve body with the ball-type nonreturn valve and having the same outside dimensions.
