PURPOSE:To promptly further stably focus a rotary speed to the target value, by actuating a control valve for an intake air quantity performing the action opening and closing in an opposite direction at a valve speed in accordance with a change rate of the rotary speed of an engine when it comes to be driven at the rotary speed within a certain range. CONSTITUTION:A block 22 decides whether or not the rotary speed of an engine is within a certain range of the rotary speed (n) for a target value N. If the engine is driven at the speed within the range of N+ or -n, a block 24 decides whether or not a control valve for an intake air quantity is in the action opening and closing in an opposite direction when the action is not finished. When a change rate V of the rotary speed is in a predetermined value V1 ore more, a block 26 calculates an opening and a closing speed Vc of the control valve, and a block 28 performs the action driving an actuator 14 in an opposite direction. In this way, the rotary speed can be promptly further stably focused to the target value. |
