A fixed stock is attached on the tool post of the carriage in a general lathe. Two bevel gears are assembled on the edge of a rotating drum, which is driven by a lead screw. A longitudinal feed device(11) and a latitudinal feed device(12) move on the fixed stock vertically to each other. The first lever (19) of the first break shaft(18) reciprocates by the double nuts (17, 17') of a bracket(15) screw bar, which is fixed on (11). The second lever(21) of the second breake shaft(20) reciprocates by the double nut(24, 24') of a bracket(22) screw bar, which is fixed on a holding stock(13). Bites can be established on the latitudinal feed device(12).
