PURPOSE:To suppress fluctuation of winding density and to stabilize the hardness and dencity of winding roll uniformly by producing predetermined speed difference in the rotation of plural winder drum rolls upon fluctuation of the winding density. CONSTITUTION:The acceleration/deceleration pattern of the winding speed of first winder drum roll to be set in a setter 64 is varied to coordinate the rotary speeds of first winder drum roll and winding roll at anytime thus to make the winding density constant and to eliminate the fluctuation of the rewinding tensile force. During acceleration/deceleration of winding roll, second winder drum roll motor speed control circuit 73 and second winder drum roll motor current control circuit 70 will control the rotary speed of second winder drum roll 39 to produce predetermined speed difference against the rotary speed of first winder drum roll 38 thus to suppress fluctuation of the winding density. |
