PURPOSE:To shorten a term of works, by a method wherein a cylindrical cloth is attached to the bottom surface of a bag body, the top of which is tied by a towline in a manner that the cylindrical cloth is turned inside, the cylinder is closed from the inside by means of a rope, the terminal end of which is led through the top of the bag body to the outside, and the rope is pulled when sand in the bag body is discharged. CONSTITUTION:After a bag body 1 is placed on the sea bed, the interior of the bag body 1 is filled with sand 6. An upper cloth cylinder is folded, a pull rope 8 is tied to a mooring ring 7. A closing port 10 of an opening 9 in the bottom surface of the bag body 1 is closed by means of a rope 11, which is led as an auxiliary rope 12 through a hole 13 to the outside of the bag body 1 to tie a terminal 14 to the upper part of the pull rope 8. Thereafter, the pull rope 8 is lifted up, and when the auxiliary rope 12 also is pulled, a knot of the closing port 10 is untied to open a bottom opening 4, and sand 5 in the bag body 1 is dropped on a sea bed. |
