<p>PURPOSE:To make processings after original setting unnecessary and to perform the reading operation of trimmed picture data by using a gauge means which prescribes the original setting position to set preliminarily positional data concerning points of original edge corners as constants. CONSTITUTION:An original is set to an original holder 17, and an original image I is projected on the surface of a layout mount 9 on a bench 14, and the pattern of the image I is matched with a layout designating pattern, and a point Pa to which the point of an original edge corner of the image I is marked. Next, the original is turned to match horizontal and vertical edge parts of the image I to horizontal and vertical designated lines of the mount 9, and data of a rotary encoder is taken into an operating part as reference angle data, and the image I is turned again to match the pattern with the designating pattern, and data of the rotary encoder is taken into the operating part as measured angle data. The operating part processes data and calculates and displays rotation angle data and stores this data in a memory. When a gauge output switch on a panel 19 is operated, data in the memory is sent to a control circuit of an X-Y plotter 21, thus completing a hard copy.</p> |
