PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soil-stabilizing composition which is free from the problems of internal heat buildup in solidification and the inhomogeneity of the obtained solidified foam, improved in the properties of the foam, and excellent in the capability of penetrating and filling in soil, etc., by mixing a specified inorganic mixture with a specified organic mixture. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises an inorganic mixture comprising an aqueous silicic acid solution and/or a water-based silica sol (e.g. aqueous sodium silicate), a coupling agent (e.g. silane coupling agent), an amine catalyst (e.g. N,N-dimethyl-n-dodecylamine) and a blowing agent (e.g. water) and an organic mixture comprising an NCO-terminated prepolymer, obtained by reacting an organic polyisocyanate (e.g. polyphenylenepolymethylenepolyisocyanate)with an active-hydrogen compound (e.g. polyetherglycol containing 60-95wt.% ethylene oxide units and having a molecular weight of 500-5,000) having a functional groups of 2-8 and a monoalcohol (e.g. octyl alcohol), and a viscosity modifier (e.g. ethylene carbonate). |
