PURPOSE:To reduce the number of compressors by sucking in a large amt. of the secondary air with the compressed primary air to secure the amt. and flow rate of air necessary for refreshing the inside of a pipeline. CONSTITUTION:Compressed air produced by a compressor 1 is supplied to an injection A as the primary supply air from a pipeline 2, and an abrasive stored in a storage vessel 5 is sent under pressure into a secondary air supply pipe 4' by the compressed air supplied from a branch pipe 2' which is branched from the pipeline 2. Consequently, the abrasive is sucked by the injector A along with the secondary air 4, and injected into a pipeline 3 to be refreshed with a small amt. of the primary supply air and a large amt. of the secondary air. Accordingly, the number of compressors can be reduced, energy can be saved, and noises can be prevented. |
