The machine according to the invention is characterised in that it comprises in combination a station for cutting out one of the welded edges of the bubble pack on which it is desired to carry out the operation of taking suppositories which it contains, this cutting taking place orthogonally with respect to the longitudinal axes of symmetry of the cells containing these suppositories, and two rollers driven in rotation in mutually opposite senses and mounted so as to fulfil the function of rolls which press on the said bubble pack so as to cause the contents of the cells to be expelled in the direction of the side whose edges have been made free to separate by virtue of the previously performed cutting. The bubble pack is introduced along F; its edge is cut by a blade 5 and the suppositories which are admitted along the arrow F1 by the rollers such as 9 fitted with rods, are expelled, this expulsion occurring along F2. <IMAGE>
