PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide endoscopic equipment wide in use, capable of obtaining both of a fluorescent image and an ordinary image by one imaging element. SOLUTION: A changeover filter part 14 for making an RGB filter and a fluorescence observing filter movable on a light path is arranged to a light source device 3A in front of a lamp 12. In such a case that a fluorescent image mode is selected, exciting light of a wavelength band being a part of the wavelength band of a blue color is supplied to an electronic endoscope 2A and this exciting light reflected on the side of a subject is cut off by the exciting light cutting-off filter 27 provided in front of a CCD 28 so as to obtain the fluoresent image and, in such a case that an ordinary image mode is selected, R-, G- and B-lights are successively supplied and a color component image in a wavelength band not cut off by the exciting light cutting-off filter 27 can be picked up even under the illumination of B-light and the ordinary image is also obtained.
