PURPOSE:A resin composition reusing paper sludge effectively, providing a processed article having improved rigidity, heat resistance, and low water absorption properties, by separating and recovering paper sludge in waste liquor in reclaimed oil paper, kneading it with a thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:Paper sludge in waste liquor of paper manufacture is dehydrated by centrifuging, the prepared paper sludge is stirred in a paddle mixer, fed to a fluidizied bed dryer, and dried by hot air. As <=50wt% of the prepared dried paper sludge is blended with a thermoplastic resin (e.g., polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.) with stirring, the blend is melted under heating, the uniformly kneaded.
