PURPOSE:To enable to improve productivity by improving operation efficiency, by a method wherein after extrusion molding of a section part and a peelable dummy part has been performed unitarily, bending processing is performed by filling the inside of a gap to be formed of the section part and the dummy part with a heat insulation material and then the dummy part is peeled off. CONSTITUTION:Extruded sections 5 is an article to be molded unitarily so that a gap A in a hollow state can be formed by making opening sides of a section part 6 whose cross section is in about a C-shaped state 6 and a U-shaped dummy part 7 confront with each other. In this instance, connecting parts 5a, 5a between the C-shaped part 6 and the dummy part 7 are formed in a thin-walled state so that peeling at an after process can be performed easily. The molded extruded sections 5 are kept at a linear state, and a heat insulation part 8 is formed by filling the gap A with foamed urethane resin under this state. Then composite bent sections 10 whose insulation part 8 is provided in a longitudinal direction is completed by peeling off the dummy part 7 along the connecting parts 5a, 5a after bending processing of the extruded sections 5 has been performed. |
