发明名称 METHOD FOR REFINING PRIMARY CRYSTAL SI IN HYPEREUTECTIC AL-SI ALLOY CAST BODY
摘要 PURPOSE:To refine primary crystal Si using as small as possible quantity of P content by adopting red phosphor as P in alpha crystal in P content necessary for obtaining primary Si crystal of a desired particle diameter, and adding, containing mainly phosphor compound therein. CONSTITUTION:When refining the primary Si crystal in the cast body made of hypereutectic Al-Si alloy, P content in alpha crystal in that necessary for obtaining the primary Si crystal of the desired grain diameter, is contained by addition of red phosphor or phosphor compound. The molten metal contg. P in such a way is cast at about 650-1,000 deg.C, the cast body having the primary Si crystal of the desired particle diameter can be cast by as small as possible P content. As hypereutectic Al-Si alloy, Si content is set to about <=40%, specified mother alloy is unnecessary to P mother alloy used to said P addition, and Cu-P, Fe-P, Mn-P, etc. can be used.
