PURPOSE:To prevent easily a through current to obtain good input characteristics by inverting the output signal of an input circuit which receives an input signal and returning the inverted signal to the input circuit by a control signal. CONSTITUTION:When a control signal 14 is level ''1'', a P-channel PCH transistor TrQ21 and an NCHTrQ22 to which the output of level ''0'' of an inverter IV15 is inputted are turned off, and a simple input circuit where an output signal 12 is generated through the IV consisting of TrS Q17 and Q18 from an input terminal 11 is formed, and delay of the input signal and degradation of the level are not generated. When the control signal 14 is level ''0'', Trs Q21 and Q22 are turned on to form a holding loop, and an input signal 11' passes the IV consisting of Trs Q19 and Q20 from the IV consisting of Trs Q17 and Q18 and is returned to the input terminal 11 through a transfer gate consisting of Trs Q21 and Q22 and is held. Consequently, IVs are formed easily in accordance with ''1'' and ''0'' of the signal 14, and the operation speed is made higher, and the input is held not to flow the through current at the holding operation time. |
