<p>PURPOSE:To obtain simply and positively the title aesthetical and novel product that has a glossy clear surface and is excellent in decorative property, by integrally forming a ridge section, that has been prepared by curing a curable liquid plastic, on the surface of a substrate strip by a specified method. CONSTITUTION:First, after a curable liquid plastic 21 is cast on the surface 15 of a substrate strip 11 comprising an extruded item of a plastic or the like to form a liquid ridge section 22, the liquid ridge section 22 is heated by an infrared-ray lamp 35 or the like to make it a ridge section 22 that is in a fluid semi-gelled state. Then after said ridge section 23 is pressed and deformed by a roller 40 or the like, the semi-gelled ridge section 23 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays to be cure so that the intended product 10 having the ridge section 20 integrally on the surface 15 of the substrate strip 11 can be obtained. Preferably as the liquid plastic 21 can be used a mixed composition of thermosetting resin such as a liquid polyurethane composition and an ultraviolet-curing resin such as an epoxy resin.</p> |
