<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an effective detecting device of write permit rings, by supplying a gas from a static converter to a jetting nozzle facing the ring fitting position of a reel and sending out the detecting output of the ring by controlling a switching element in the static converter in accordance with the pressure change of the supply gas. CONSTITUTION:Pressurized air P1 is generated into the air through a needle valve V3 after passing through an orifice V1, but the air P1 after passing through another orifice V2 is supplied to a jetting nozzle 11 through a pipe 23. When a ring, to which pressurized air P2 is supplied, is not fitted, the pressurized air P1 and P2 is blown against the bottom surface 6a of the ring fitting groove 6 of a reel 4 through the outer peripheral nozzle 12 of the nozzle 11 and, therefore, the atmospheric pressure in the nozzle 11 is low. When the ring is fitted to the groove 6, fluid resistances of each nozzle 11 and 12 increase and the pressure PB of the orifice V2 at the discharge side also increases. As a result, a permanent magnet 25 is brought upward and turns on a lead switch LS and a detecting output DO is sent out through a power source E, and thus, the fitting of the ring is detected.</p> |
