PURPOSE:To reduce size variation due to an environmental change by adhering a positive plate made of a high polymer material as its base to a transparent material substrate, and then indenting the positive plate. CONSTITUTION:An original drawing of ten-fold scale is plotted 11 on a microplotter and reduced 12 with a reduction camera. A pattern is repeated 13 in an (x) direction and developed 16 to generate the positive plate 2 consisting of plural patterns. Then, the positive plate 2 is adhered 17 to the transparent material substrate 1 with a transparent cyan acrylate adhesive with low viscosity, etc. Further, the positive plate is indented 4 in a lattice shape in a cutting process 18 so as to prevent the adhered positive plate 2 from being peeled off. |
