PURPOSE:To perform a cooling mode operation at a low temperature by controlling both temperature and humidity as the humidity is given priority. CONSTITUTION:When a humidity controller 24 is closed and a temperature controller 25 is opened, a coil 7A of an electromagnetic switch for room unit fan a coil 5A of an electromagnetic switch for compressor are electified to allow a cooling mode operation. When a cooling mode operation at a low temperature is to be performed, a deicer 19 detects the temperature of an intake pipe. If the temperature becomes lower than a set value and the time as counted by a timer exceeds a certain time, the electrification of the coil 7A of the electromagnetic switch is interrupted to stop the room unit fan 2, and a defrosting mode operation is started after a solenoid valve 21 and a defrosting lamp 20 are activated. In this manner, a suitable temperature management can be made for objects to be dehumidified, and the reliability of the system can be improved.
