PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition capable of readily bonding PVC molded article to polycarbonate one with the bonded surface free from whitening as well as high bond strength, by blending a halogen-substituted aliphatic hydrocarbon and aliphatic lower alcohol in specific proportion. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by blending (A) 5- 55wt% of a halogen-substituted aliphatic hydrocarbon (pref. chlorine- and/or bromine-substituted <=2C hydrocarbon such as methylene chloride) and (B) 95- 45wt% of an aliphatic lower alcohol (pref. 1-4C monohydric alcohol such as methanol or ethanol).
