<p>The metal closure for watches comprises a curved central strip (1) which has two symmetrical half-leaves (2) hinged onto its ends, which leaves (2) overlap the strip (1) in the closed position. The ends of the half-leaves (2) which are not hinged onto the strip (1) are connected to the ends of the strap (12) in an adjustable position and the strip (1) and the half-leaves (2) are provided with components (4, 8) which can lock the parts together in the closed position. The strap fitted with this closure surrounds the wrist of the wearer even when the closure is open, thereby preventing the watch from falling off accidentally. <IMAGE></p> |
