发明名称 PRODUCTION OF MOLYBDENUM JIG FOR HIGH-TEMPERATURE HEAT TREATMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a jig having excellent high-temp. strength in a titled method for forming the jig in which a sintered body consisting of a doped Mo material is hot worked with and without annealing by limiting a hot working rate and subjecting the worked body to a heat treatment after forming. CONSTITUTION:A doped Mo material in which >=1 kind among Al, Si and K are incorporated is made into a sintered body in the case of producing a square plate 2 made of Mo of an Mo jig 1 for a high-temp. heat treatment. The sintered body is subjected to reduction at >=85% total reduction of area. Such sintered body is formed into the plate 2 of the heat-treating jig directly or after stress relief annealing at the temp. below the recrystallization temp. The plate 2 is heat-treated in the temp. range from the temp. higher by 100 deg.C than the recrystallization temp. up to 2,200 deg.C, by which the plate 2 of the jig is obtd. the plate 2 is not largely deformed by the thermal fatigue and creep during use at the recrystallization temp. or above.
