PURPOSE:To increase the lifetime of a motor by displacing the relative position between the toothed part of scales at both sides and the toothed part of a core for a slider by the prescribed pitch. CONSTITUTION:The relative position between the toothed part 13a of scales at both sides and the toothed part of a core for a slider is displaced by 1/4 pitch at the center as a boundary along the moving direction of the slide of a linear pulse motor. Further, the N- and S-poles of a permanent magnet 9 are disposed at both sides at a center line as a boundary along the moving direction of the slider, the slider is supported at three points by movable element guide wheels 11 so that the rails 13b of the scale 13 corresponding to the one wheel 11 is only one to reduce the fatigue and wear of the rail 13b, thereby increasing the lifetime of the motor and reducing the wheels 11. |
