<p>The pallet loading apparatus wherein a carrying-in area for carrying in respective articles and a carryingout area having a pallet placed thereon for loading the articles are disposed adjacent to each other, wherein a post is erected upright in the vicinity of those carryingin and carrying-out areas wherein there is disposed on that post a lift which is elongated in a horizontal direction along those carrying-in and carrying-out areas and which is enabled to move up and down on that post, wherein there is carried on the aforementioned lift a transverse trolley which is made movable in a horizontal direction between those carrying-in and carrying-out areas, and wherein a holding mechanism for holding the articles is suspended from the lower portion of that transverse trolley, so that the articles are transferred and loaded onto the pallet by holding a row of articles, which are carried in onto the carrying-in area, in the holding mechanism, by transferring the articles, which are held in the holding mechanism to the carrying-out area both by the ascend and descend of the lift and the horizontal movement of the transverse trolley, and by releasing the articles from the holding mechanism.</p> |
