PURPOSE:To fly a developer and obtain an image with high sharpness at a high speed by giving a potential difference selectively among recording electrodes which have plural electrodes formed in a comb shape, a back surface electrode, and a developer holding means. CONSTITUTION:Plural electrodes are formed in the comb shape near the developer holding means consisting of a magnetic roll 1 and a sleeve 2 to arrange a couple of recording electrodes 6 which face each other at an interval 20, and a recording signal is impressed through a connector 8 selectively. When toner 4 attracted on the roll 1 reaches a recording part B, a toner chain is raised by a magnetic field, and the toner 4 flies toward the interval 20 with the voltage between the electrodes 6 and sleeve 2 and is attracted by the edge-shaped back surface electrode 10 to form a toner image on a recording form 9. Therefore, the image is recorded while the toner 4 is raised all the time, so the sharp image is obtained by flying the toner stably at a high speed with a low recording voltage. |
