<p>The cooking heat is supplied to the articles by a heating plate, directly or indirectly above which is placed the supporting tray, the flat sheet of which includes a pair of adjacent pipes arranged in zig-zag fashion and occupying the whole surface of the sheet. Heating fluid is circulated through each of the pipes in opposite directions, so that every point on the sheet has the predetermined mean cooking temp.</p> |
