The invention refers to a method of binding cationic starch to cheap, relatively low silica polymer in the form of glass, to use the forming compound as a binding agent in paper, especially paper containing a high content of filling agents, and to ultimately agglomerate and harden the union formed on the surfaces of the fibre and filling agents with the help of a smaller amount of polymer silicic acid, so that it becomes constant against dehydration onto a paper roll and retained as a binding agent in the paper web. |
